CASA DFL / SURVEY-BASED CONNECTION PROPOSAL
From the house to the surveyed SAN chamber.
The manhole position comes from the GEO NORTH plan and CAD survey. Its flow-line invert is assumed 2 m below the road, as requested. This does not establish its actual depth, capacity, flow direction or permission to connect.
Levels and route
Survey altitudes are shown here. The 3D viewer uses local levels, with an inferred +76.30 m conversion. Confirm that datum against a survey benchmark. Collector invert uses the nominal 125 mm envelope radius; actual product bore/detail may differ.
Plan
Green outline: surveyed parcel. Grey: surveyed access edges. Orange: proposed rising main. Red: SAN chamber. Alignment across the road and outside the parcel is proposed work requiring permission.
Longitudinal profile
Green: lower of available natural/design ground, using actual triangles. Orange: swept pipe centreline. Vertical transitions lie inside the pump/receiving chamber allowances. Levels near missing IFC ground patches use the survey DTM; this is not an approved grading profile.
Pumping arrangement
- House and barbecue wastewater reaches the existing private collection point.
- A sealed lifting station pumps through a proposed 63 mm OD rising main, buried along the access route. This small-bore allowance requires a compatible wastewater/grinder pump and utility acceptance.
- Accessible non-return/isolation equipment and sewage-rated air/vacuum valve allowances are shown at crests. Retain the separate open station vent, alarm, power circuit and emergency storage.
- The rising main enters SAN approximately 0.20 m above its assumed flow line. Connection orientation, benching and backwater protection need the utility's detail.
No sewage overflow is connected to the pool, garden or waterway.

The existing 1.5 kW electrical reservation remains an allowance. Choose the pump only against an actual manufacturer curve, solids requirements, control levels, emergency volume and duty/standby strategy. The table is not a pump selection.

The original PDF legend identifies the SAN symbol as Saneamento. Its circle and label are CAD entities 33E and 33F. Heights come from the three non-zero survey points around that circle; duplicate zero-height annotation points are excluded.
Next confirmations
- Utility measurement of invert and cover, receiving sewer diameter/direction, surcharge level and acceptance of a pumped small-bore connection.
- Survey benchmark tying the house IFC to the topographic survey, plus final access grading.
- Trial holes/service detection, road permissions, pipe separation, structural openings and trench support.
- Lifting-station access and maintenance strategy, pump curve, emergency storage, odour control and transient/air analysis.
